夏令营责任与义务政策

1. General Information Canada Grad is hosting an ESL Summer Camp from July 6th to July 17th, 2026, for 30 international students. This policy outlines the responsibilities and liabilities of Canada Grad and participating students.

1. 基本信息 Canada Grad 将于 2026 年 7 月 6 日至 7 月 17 日 举办 ESL 夏令营，面向 30 名国际学生。 本政策说明了 Canada Grad 与参与学生的责任与义务。 

2. Student Responsibilities

• Students must secure the appropriate travel visas in their home country before attending the program.

• Students must purchase VHIP travel insurance from Canada Grad no later than May 5th, 2026.

• Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and vaccination requirements as mandated by Canadian authorities.

• Students must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Canada Grad during the program.

• Students are responsible for their personal belongings; Canada Grad is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  
  2. 学生责任 

• 学生必须在本国办理 适当的旅行签证 后方可参加项目。 

• 学生必须在 2026 年 5 月 5 日之前 购买 Canada Grad 提供的 VHIP 旅行保险。 ● 学生需确保符合 加拿大政府规定的健康及疫苗要求。 

•  学生必须遵守 Canada Grad 在项目期间制定的所有规章制度。 

• 学生需对 个人物品负责；Canada Grad 对遗失、被盗或损坏物品不承担责任。
  
  

3. Program Fee and Inclusions

• The program fee is CAD 6,500.00 per student.

• The fee covers the following:Round-trip airfare,Airport transfers, Daily ESL lessons,Three meals daily,Transportation to and from venues, Entrance fees to venues, Daily accommodation

The program fee does not cover personal expenses, medical expenses beyond the VHHP travel insurance coverage, or any additional excursions outside the scheduled program itinerary.

3. 项目费用及包含内容

•  往返机票 

• 机场接送 

•  每日 ESL 课程 

•  每日三餐 

• 活动场所交通 

•  活动场所门票 

• 每日住宿 

费用不包含 :
○ 个人开支 

○ 超出 VHIP 保险范围的医疗费用 

○ 项目安排以外的额外行程

4. Canada Grad’s Responsibilities - Canada Grad 的责任

• Canada Grad will provide a structured ESL program and cultural activities as per the itinerary.

• Canada Grad will facilitate accommodations, meals, and transportation for all students.

• Canada Grad will ensure reasonable safety measures during all activities and excursions.

• Canada Grad will provide guidance and support to students throughout the program.

• 提供 结构化 ESL 课程及文化活动，遵循项目行程安排 

• 安排学生 住宿、餐饮及交通 

• 确保活动及行程的 合理安全措施 

• 为学生提供 全程指导与支持 

5. Liability Waiver - 责任豁免 

• Canada Grad is not responsible for any missed flights due to student negligence or failure to obtain required travel documents.

• Canada Grad is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Canada Grad is not responsible for any disciplinary actions resulting in a student’s removal from the program; no refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Students and their guardians agree to release Canada Grad from liability related to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen government travel restrictions.

• 因学生疏忽或未能提供必要旅行文件而错过航班，Canada Grad 不承担责任

•  对 受伤、疾病、意外或超出合理控制的不可预见情况，Canada Grad 不承担责任

• 因纪律处分导致学生被移除项目的情况，Canada Grad 不退款 

• 学生及监护人同意 在不可抗力事件（如自然灾害、政治动荡或政府旅行限制）中免除 Canada Grad 责任 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy -  取消及退款政策 

• Cancellations made before May 5th, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the program fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 5th, 2026.

• In the event of program cancellation by Canada Grad due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be provided at Canada Grad’s discretion.

• By enrolling in the Canada Grad ESL Summer Camp, students and their guardians acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. 

• 2026 年 5 月 5 日前取消，可退款 50% 项目费用 

• 2026 年 5 月 5 日后取消，不予退款 

• 若因不可预见情况导致 Canada Grad 取消项目，可 酌情部分退款 

通过报名 Canada Grad ESL 夏令营，学生及监护人即承认并接受本政策中所列条款。 Canada Grad 管理团队
