Canada Grad ESL Summer Camp Liability and Responsibility Policy

1. General Information Canada Grad is hosting an ESL Summer Camp from June 26th to July 6th, 2025, for 30 international students. This policy outlines the responsibilities and liabilities of Canada Grad and participating students.

2. Student Responsibilities

  • Students must secure the appropriate travel visas in their home country before attending the program.

  • Students must purchase VHHP travel insurance from Canada Grad no later than May 5th, 2025.

  • Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and vaccination requirements as mandated by Canadian authorities.

  • Students must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Canada Grad during the program.

  • Students are responsible for their personal belongings; Canada Grad is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

3. Program Fee and Inclusions

  • The program fee is CAD 6,500.00 per student.

  • The fee covers the following:Round-trip airfareAirport transfersDaily ESL lessonsThree meals dailyTransportation to and from venuesEntrance fees to venuesDaily accommodation

  • The program fee does not cover personal expenses, medical expenses beyond the VHHP travel insurance coverage, or any additional excursions outside the scheduled program itinerary.

4. Canada Grad’s Responsibilities

  • Canada Grad will provide a structured ESL program and cultural activities as per the itinerary.

  • Canada Grad will facilitate accommodations, meals, and transportation for all students.

  • Canada Grad will ensure reasonable safety measures during all activities and excursions.

  • Canada Grad will provide guidance and support to students throughout the program.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Canada Grad is not responsible for any missed flights due to student negligence or failure to obtain required travel documents.

  • Canada Grad is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • Canada Grad is not responsible for any disciplinary actions resulting in a student’s removal from the program; no refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • Students and their guardians agree to release Canada Grad from liability related to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen government travel restrictions.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made before May 5th, 2025, will receive a 50% refund of the program fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 5th, 2025.

  • In the event of program cancellation by Canada Grad due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be provided at Canada Grad’s discretion.

By enrolling in the Canada Grad ESL Summer Camp, students and their guardians acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
